Cocoon · by Matthäa Mollenhauer

A seasonal home for the practice you return to.

Guided Yin, breath, deep rest, seasonal reading, and a monthly live Circle, held in a quiet digital sanctuary between studio rooms.

We are preparing a first opening in October 2026. The library is kept deliberately small: as many practices as you need, but as few as possible.

No urgency, no last chance. The waitlist simply hears the exact opening date first.

Rhythm

A quiet rhythm for returning.

Arrive

One quiet place to begin. Today holds a single current invitation.

Practice

Guided Yin, breath, and deep rest, duration stated up front.

Read

A seasonal letter to carry with you between practices.

Continue

A monthly live Circle, and a soft road back next week.

Inside Cocoon

Four rooms, kept intentionally small.

Today, Practice, Library, and Letters. No feed, no queue, nothing to fall behind on. Each room holds one kind of attention.

XX practices at opening, grown slowly, by season

Today

One current invitation, with less to decide.

Arrive, and one practice is already waiting, this season's invitation, chosen by Matthäa. There are no decisions for you to make here; simply rest in being guided.

Practice

Guided practice, with clear duration and agency.

Every practice states its length before you begin. Pause, stay a little longer than is comfortable, or leave early, the choice stays with you. Follow the voice in the room; trust that the sensation will shift, that the tissue will soften.

Library

A small library, designed for returning.

Choose what your time and body allow. A practice becomes more valuable the more often it is repeated, the library grows slowly, and nothing expires.

Yin 10 practices · 20–45 min
Breath 6 practices · 8–15 min
Deep rest 5 practices · 15–30 min
Meditation 3 practices · 10–20 min

Letters

Enough light for today.

There are seasons for beginning, and seasons for staying with what already holds you. Each season, one letter, slow reading for the weeks between practices.

Autumn letter · 8 minute read

Circles

Quiet continuity between studio rooms.

One live gathering a month, practice together, then stay for tea if you like. Arrive and listen; there is nothing to prepare.

Monthly Circle · 60 minutes · live

Come in without learning a system.

01

Arrive at Today

Begin with the one practice this season holds open. Nothing to configure.

02

Choose what fits

Filter the library by time and by how your body feels today.

03

Return when needed

Repeat freely. Nothing expires, and nothing falls behind.

A home-practice companion, with clear, soft edges.

Cocoon supports a home practice and continuity. It does not replace in-person teaching, medical or psychological care, clinical treatment, or emergency support.

A quiet self-check

Is Cocoon a fit?

May not fit

  • You are looking for intense fitness training or fast physical progression.
  • You want streaks, tracking, and a large ever-changing catalogue.
  • You need one-to-one coaching, or clinical or therapeutic treatment.

Cocoon is led by Matthäa Mollenhauer, a Berlin Yin Yoga and meditation teacher whose work is rooted in Traditional Chinese Medicine and focused on rest, stillness, and the nervous system. The same voice you know from the studio, with patient curiosity, and room to stay.
